Significances:

• North Korea is said to have been developing their Nuclear power over the years, this confirms this fact for the rest of the world. South Korea would be a reliable source from which to obtain this information.
• The developmentcould have drastic effects on neighbouring countries as well as North Korean enemies who will now live in fear. The U.S. will have fears of terrorists buying these Nuclear weapons from N.K to use against the United States.

Analysis:

• This appears to be an accurate source as Sky News is a creditable News web-page. South Korea is in close relations with the North and is therefore most likely to have accurate information regarding their nuclear weapons build up.
• South Korea has had a history of obtaining as much finrmtaiona s possible about the North's Nuclear buildup, this is also another reason to see them as an accurate source.
